One of the major reasons for the exemplary safety record of our projects is the ability to monitor and evaluate stove use in project sites. Donated funds allow Gaia to hire local employees to effectively engage in all aspects of the project cycle and provide the stove users the support they deserve.
You can make an impact.
Project Gaia is about more than just stoves.
We believe that access to clean energy is a human right. Gaia is involved in many activities which ensure that people can access fuels conveniently and use technologies safely and effectively:
• Creating infrastructure
• Employing local field staff
• Transporting ethanol and methanol
• Building storage tanks
• Delivering supplies for refugee families
• Training households on the safe use of stove and fuel
Your donation will be devoted to providing a stove (or stoves) and ethanol fuel for families and employing local field staff to train families in the stoves use with committed support from Gaia staff.
As future projects arise and grow, there will be a need for these types of investments in other countries. Please check this page for updates on where funds are most needed.
